The double diverter is a device that transmits the high-pressure slurry delivered by the high-pressure mud pump and the compressed air delivered by the air compressor to the double rotary jet drill pipe in two channels, and is installed on the top of the rotary device of the drilling rig. In terms of structure and strength, it can withstand a certain tension and the impact force when the drill pipe vibrates. It adopts the most advanced sealing device in China at present, and the pressure resistance can reach 30MPa. It has good high-pressure sealing during the rotation of the drill pipe. It has the characteristics of convenient maintenance, simple disassembly and long service life. A check valve is set at the inlet of the air duct to avoid accidental damage to the air compressor.
